3-day detox program that you can apply after the New Year



What is a detox?

1 day;

Drink 1 cup of warm lemon water in the morning after waking up and then drink the following concoction

-2 cucumbers

-1 pear

1 handful of spinach

-1 handful parsley

-Half lemon juice

Half a teaspoon of grated ginger

Noon;

Peppermint Pea Soup

In 1 amount of water on low heat, finely chop ev onion + 1 celery stalk + 1 carrot. Inside 200 ml. water + 200 gr. Add peas and 1 handful of fresh mint and boil. After the vegetables are soft, you can mix them in a blender and add spices.

Snack;

-1 teaspoon of chia seeds

-200 ml. Coconut milk

-1 handful of raspberries

1 banana smoothie

Evening;

200 gr. baked salmon and unlimited green salad

2 days;

-1 green apple

Noon;

Spicy Zucchini Soup

1 red onion, 1 clove of garlic, 200 gr. Put the pumpkin, 1 large tomato. Sprinkle with teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds and teaspoon of mustard seeds. Fry in the oven. After cooking, mix all ingredients in 200 ml. Add water and blend.

Snack;

-1 handful cashew

-200 ml of almond milk

1 handful of strawberries

Smoothie made with 1 handful of blueberries

Evening;

150 gr. low-fat sealed steak and spicy unlimited vegetables sauteed in 1 teaspoon olive oil

3 days;

Drink 1 cup of warm lemon water in the morning after waking up and then drink the following concoction

-½ avokado

-1 orange juice

-½ lemon juice

-1 cucumber

-1 handful of arugula

1 handful of spinach

Noon;

Coriander carrot soup

Kill 1 onion finely chopped in 1 amount of water over low heat. It contains half sweet potato, 3 carrots, 1 large tomato and 200 ml. add water. Boil until soft and add a handful of coriander to finish. Blender and consume.

Snack;

-10 nuts

-200 ml. Coconut milk

1 slice of pineapple

Smoothie made with 1 handful of strawberries

Evening;

1 medium oven sea bass with roasted tomato and steamed spicy spinach.
